The staff here was really great and gave me all the info I needed. My room had a safe for my laptop, a minibar, and central heating. I also loved having a bidet in the private bathroom - such a nice touch! 🌟.

The hotel has a wonderful location in a tourist area with a garden view and is very close to the Grand Bazaar and other tourist attractions, only a 15-minute drive from a well-known shrine.

The room with a balcony at Novus Hotel Istanbul was a real gem for me. It felt so nice to have my own outdoor space to relax and enjoy the view. As a guest with disabilities, this added touch made my stay even more delightful.
